Experience - Lana L. Mock joined the industry in 1977, first on the company side responsible for commercial underwriting, loss control, marketing, and policy services, then as an independent agent directly serving clients. Our associates have also been handling clients' needs for over 30 years.

Professionalism - In 1984, Lana obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1989. Some of our associates hold the Chartered Life Underwriter, Registered Health Underwriter, and Accredited Customer Service Representative designations also. Each year we all attend a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education to keep
up-to-date with ever-changing laws and insurance products.
